One of the workers at this post office was extremely rude to me.  I simply wanted to ship a box of books, with packaging material around the books to protect them during shipping.  When I tried to explain this to her, she kept interrupting me, yelling at me and saying that because there was something other than books in the box (just some crumpled grocery bags, since I didn’t have bubble wrap), I had to pay a higher price, over $20, instead of the media mail price of $4 and change.

When I insisted I was only shipping books and couple of bags in the box were just there to protect the books, she abruptly said, “I’m not going to go back and forth with you.  We’ll open the box if we think it’s more than books and you’ll lose the shipping.”  Then she adjusted the price to $4 and change and barked at me to swipe my card. 

Once I finished paying, she moved on to harassing/yelling at the next customer in line.  The customer mentioned that she wanted to tape up a box, and the worker started verbally berating her too, saying, “I already told you a week ago that there’s tape with shipping!!!” and generally being unprofessional and rude, until the poor lady’s voice was trembling from being treated so poorly.  All she wanted was to ship a box, just like me.

To make matters worse, the worker next to her started yelling at the customers too, saying “I don’t have all day!”  It seems they feed off each other’s negative attitudes, in some sick way. 

Usually, people are in a jolly mood the day before Thanksgiving.  Not today, and not here, apparently.  I wish I could say it was a smooth and easy process to ship a holiday package at this location, but it most definitely was not.

I will give this post office zero stars if i could. Two of their employees are very rude in front. The Indian and the black women (sorry if i sound racist, but i'm not. Just saying how i see them). 

I was at this location on 10/30/2017 around 11:00 Am to pickup a amazon deliver package which was delay due to weather, i understand. I contact both amazon and USPS customer service which provide package could be pick up today at this location: Station A, or it could be re-deliver tomorrow which i chose to be pickup today. The customer service from USPS provide me the address where the package is for pickup today. The Indian/black lady which given me attitude from the start:"Package won't be here because the customer service you spoken to doesn't know anything and how the store operate." 
Please, If you don't like to work at this location and if you never like to be a customer service. Don't bring your nasty attitude to work and be rude to the customer. And if you don't like your job, quit. Simple. 

I really wish whoever is managing the store, take good care of customer and not just hire people who work there "doesn't enjoy working as a customer services."

I wish I didn't exist in a world full of money hungry, rude, and inconsiderate people that work at your post office, especially the South Asian, Indian short and medusa hair lady. Key note to management - you need to retrain your line workers or you will keep getting complaints.

A South Asian woman behind the counter was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met in customer service. She told me that my package wouldn’t be able to ship because it was covered in tape. I told her I would repack it. She proceeded to take scissors to my package and scold me about the tape for a second time. I told her again that I could repack it. She printed the label, showed me that it wouldn’t stick. I told her I would repack it again. She said it was fine and scolded me about next time. What’s the point of making a big deal about nothing, if she could just stick a label on it and ship it? I’m never coming to this post office again. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE! I can NOT emphasize enough. Horrible customer service & BEYOND rude. They ALL have a nasty attitude (esp Mei). I honestly do NOT care about your problem, leave the attitude at home. If you don't like your job QUIT and go somewhere else where you don't have to deal with people. I don't understand how and why they ever hired her. She's super unprofessional and rude. She curses in front of customers and even TO customers. Like today, she called me crazy for asking 1 simple question. Seriously? You sure you're not the one who's crazy? It was a yes or no question, didn't need all the other side comments. Who ever is in charge really needs to reevaluate this location and hire new employees. Everyone here should either be replaced or retrained. Disgusted at this place.

Trust me, if there were other USPS locations near me I would go there in a heartbeat.
