These people are always playing the same game claiming to attempt to deliver a package when in fact they didn’t even try. They never even drove by my street but they’re saying a “notice was left” LIES!!!. Then you come in person and they’re so slow. Something has to be done. Horrible horrible service I wish we can choice a different post office.

Absolutely unacceptable. Amazon sent me a message saying ‘An attempt was made to deliver my package’ but my VIDEO doorbell (which records any person that rings it) didn’t have a recording of a USPS employee attempting to make a delivery. I’m also currently waiting for another package that I’ve tried picking up twice but was told “it’s out for delivery.” Yet, it never makes it to my home.

Protip to anyone not getting their mail from here: check Craigslist, your stuff might end up being sold there like mine. These mufuckas steal mail relentlessly; don't bother ordering Amazon Prime stuff, soon as they see the box it gets x-rayed and depending on the contents they choose whether to deliver or "lose" it. Horrible place full of horrible people unable to perform their jobs on even a basic level. Even disregarding the stolen mail this post office is still terrible, everyone in the entire zipcode has to come here to get their mail since it just isn't delivered if it's bigger than an envelope.

You're better off using an alternate address for your mail, get it sent to your job/a PO box in a different neighborhood/abuela house or something.

I guess we gonna have to wait till they gentrify this neighbor in a couple years to actually get a real post office

I just had a quick, pleasant experience at the post office. I’m usually pretty quick to complain, so I guess I have to mention it when they do a good job.

I waited 30-45 minutes to pick up my package. I heard this woman say she waited 1 hour to pick up her package. She went home hoping if she comes back before closing. The line would move faster. NOPE! People were complaining  and raising hell. It looked like I was waiting in a welfare office. The postal worker look lackadaisical, drugged out , and have the devil may care attitude. The (dummer)ment workers dragged their feet to get the line moving. Kids were running around and babies crying. These people should be TERMINATED. The job should be given to people who actually appreciate having a job! The same dummies and lazy workers that work at the office delivers my mail. The lazy dog don’t bother leaving an info notice in my mailbox. I have to go online to track my package. Get this, online states my package was delivered! It WASN’T DELIVERED !! Now, I have to go to the welfare office and have druggies look for my packages and waste my time. All government workers have the same disposition. The post office workers are the WORST. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
