Really bad worker , delivery wrong place or lost ,didnt chek the address and return to the sender . I really dont know for what thy pay salary. Customers service is bad hard to pick up the phone i wait for one hour and 20m how come  like that?????????? Can someone tell me why thy work like that ?????????

Ugh - dread coming here whenever they don't make an effort to get inside my building. Maybe, el presidente is right and the Post Office should be audited. They're just awful when it comes to service. At least privatize it so they have real investors to account for rather than have taxpayers subsidize their poor service.

the worst customer service ! although I know they are Union employees, there must be something that the Management can do , to fix this ! People working there are honestly horrible! beyond unprofessional!

I stay  at  42- 31  64th  street  woodside   11377   and was  mailed  me from  uscis  and  when I checked online  it was written   undeliverable  and returned,  we stay in flat  with roomates  and the maill box is from house owner  registered, and we  all people get mails easilly, but why  returned back my mail...?  I hope   they will deliver.. 
 there is no email address found ..so that...

After reading these reviews i dreaded the thought of my visit to the post office! 
Only to be pleasantly surprised.. 
Tish (or possibly Trish) help me with all my holiday gift posting and was extremely paient with me, She really was pleasent and happy and did a great job and made my christmas less stressfull!  Thank You!
