BE WARNED! THEY ARE NOT RESPECTFUL! I went to this location seeking a passport, the line was closed at 1:15pm because they only take 25 people a day-this was told to me by Jackie the supervisor there. They did not assist and the agent gave me a rude attitude and check his watch to say he was done for the day. The post office says walk-in till 2pm but they don't announce that on their website nor their facility. The supervisor Jackie said she has to take care the of the people who are here 6am-they open their doors at 9am; how much volume does this post office accumulate to avoid further walk ins? Don't go here, they will not assist you.

VERY UNORGANIZED. I was waiting for an hour in line before I was told to get a ticket to wait in line. And I was put in the back of the line (this happened to several people) I had to wait 3 and a half hours in line despite being the 3rd person in line. The staff is very mean and rude, ignoring people’s requests and not looking at them as if they are better thank you. There is only one person working at the passport section and he takes his sweet a** time doing everything. At least 25 min per person. Very negative environment. Oh and you have to be one of the first 25 people to get in in order to get a ticket so that you can wait for 3 long hours. Oh and there is only one small bench that fits 2 people so everyone is standing for that 3 hours (just a side-note) I regret going there. If I could give 0 stars I undoubtedly would.

In order to process passports you have to get a number, and they only process a certain amount of passports per day. Each number gets called and you go to the window to process your passport. In order to get a number there isn't a dispenser like at the dmv - you have to go up to the teller in between processing passports to get a number. There's only one teller who processes passports. I waited about 20 minutes just to get a number while the lady at the window filled out the passport paperwork for her 2 kids. I don't understand why the post office allows this. If you aren't prepared to get a passport, come back another day instead of being rude to all the people waiting behind you. I soon learned that they were up to number 5 at 10:15am and I got number 23. I ended up leaving the post office and not coming back.

This post office is large. It has many service windows allowing for a quick transaction. However they usually don't use all the windows unless there is a very long line, so you should expect some wait. If you're like me, most of my mail are prepaid and it's great that this post office has a dedicated window and an intake machine for drop off so that I don't have to wait in line. The postal workers are friendly and if the window or machine are full, speak to someone at the windowed door and they will accept the prepaid packages. Driving to this Post Office can be a pain sometimes. The adjacent roads get congested and parking can be scarce.

They all take lunch at the same time leaving 1 window open and if you’re lucky that employee will handle all kinds of work and not just passports. And they complain about working! If you take more than 3 things that have to go out they go on and on about how you’re wasting their time and they have other things to do yet this is their job and there’s a line because they are not working sufficiently or at a good pace. And don’t forget how they argue with you and won’t take anything but their own answer even if you have the correct one in writing
