UF Health Family Medicine – Yulee has been serving the health care needs of the Nassau County community for more than 17 years, and is one of the oldest family medicine practices in Yulee, Florida.

Story

With the expertise of UF Health family doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, the Yulee practice is fully equipped to care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Led by Medical Director Jeremy Coleman, MD, UF Health Family Medicine – Yulee provides management of chronic medical conditions such as arthritis, asthma, depression, diabetes and high blood pressure. Additional services include:

Annual checkups
Joint injections
Minor procedures
Sports physicals
Vaccines and immunizations
Well-baby visits
