Went in with the intention of spending a good bit of money on EMS uniform items. Looked for about 20 minutes, no offer of assistance from the staff (I was the only person in there). Didn't find a pair of suitable boots and asked the lady at the counter if they had anything else in stock. Her only reply was "no, sorry" with no asking what I was looking for or offer to order anything. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent service! Took in my ACUs to have rank and name tapes sewn on. They accepted to do it even tho it wasnt purchased in store at very very fair price. They are also very nice to the customers as well. Over all i couldn't be happier.

They took my order for custom embroidery and had the work completed in almost the same week. I even requested that they change the threadcount after they gave me the first proof. When I got the shirts back, no mistakes. Everything was labeled correctly.
