Worst manager ever he thinks he's right and will never listen to a complaint. I always have to pick up packages even though I'm home they never ring the door bell and puts the orange slip in the mail box but fill out wrong tracking numbers. And they never ever answer the phone never.

Would be nice if they actually knocked on your door when you are expecting a package(not regular mail).Sitting in my living room and No knock, checking my mail box frequently and sure enough an first thing i see is a" sorry we missed you" card  left behind. USPS really really needs an overhaul and hire people who take pride in their job. Having said that, went directly to the post office and the manager went above and beyond to find a resolution to my problem.

Worst of the worse USPS Office.
They dont care about your package. And they dont  even value customers. Always Rude behavior by the Stupid Manager. And dont even know how to talk and mail carrier never knock pn the door for packages. They dont even carry packages because its heavy for them. I caught one without packafe and was about to leave note for not response. Fake people.

Had a great experience there. Today, the entire system was down so didn't expect to get my package on time but decided to give it a shot and went to the office. The manager was really nice and welcoming and did everything he could to help me out.

Trying to speak to someone about me not getting my mail. On hold for 50 minutes. Go to the post office, no help. Call the 1800 number, pppffftt what a joke!!! I can remember a time when people were worried about losing their jobs!!!
