This post office is the worst USPS office I have ever had to work with in over 60 years! They consistently do not deliver packages when it is dark, it is raining, or most any other excuse they can come up with, including (and I am not kidding about this) "The carrier cannot see well at dusk and so does not make any deliveries after the sun goes down". (I wish I could remove ALL of the stars and still post this).

These carriers ALWAYS give your mail to other adresses that are CLEARLY not on your mail or package. It's not far from Christmas and the mailman has delivered my package to someone else's home and NEVER Came to my home now I'm stuck searching for my children's Christmas gifts while having to wait for the Post Office to their investigation

Honesty doesn't even deserve 1 star... customer service is like waiting for paint to dry. It stinks Workers do not work together as a team. I dropped by to purchase 4 stamps  and I was told they only had books of stamps. And single stamps weren't available... no apology no explanation just heard NEXT

Unwilling to help locate my 2 missing packages... Blown off. I was told the manager would give me a call to help. Never heard from him (Vince). So I called him..He hadnt heard a thing about my situation and  ended up putting me on hold, sent someone else to the phone to tell me  that he's on a conference call and will call me back. 3 hours later.. still havent heard from the manager.

Zero stars for this post office! Ridiculously bad customer service, they told me they couldn't find my package anywhere and that I would get a call from a "supervisor" due to them not knowing where my package is when they're supposed to have it there and haven't received a call at all. I called them different times and they have not answered any of my calls, I just want to know where my package is and if I will be receiving it or not. Last time I received a package with everything torn from them. I have been there personally and they are always with a bad attitude. This is just sad. I will be investigating and see what I can do because they need to hire responsible honest people there. Someone needs to do something.
