I ordered shoes from Academy and went there Friday before they closed to get them and they said they didn't have them when clearly the email said that I can pick them up at my local post office. Went back Monday and finally got the shoes, but the tape was cut off like if someone opened them. I asked the lady nicely what happened to the box, but she didn't even reply. So I opened the box and my girl tried the shoes on and she noticed someone tried them on, because they were dirty. Be careful with yalls stuff people.

This office always has only one person to service all of its customers. I have never gotten out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Customer service is hit or miss at this location. There is one clerk Shirley that is always rude and degrading to customers. Not everyone ships or mails daily and she treats people like they are stupid with her condescending comments. However, the other clerk Valarie and the slender lady who run the check out are always helpful. I ship often and usually let people go ahead of me so I don't have to deal with the rude and lazy one. I am not talking about the lady who runs the pick up, supply counter with the glasses. With my descriptions the management and customers can tell who I am talking about without having to see name badges. She sits on the stool and does the bare minimum. I hate when I walk in and see her sitting there. If she is the only person working the desk and I don't have to ship right then I leave and come back or end up going to a different post office. She is that rude that I will spend an extra 30min to hour just to not have to interact with her. She is why this post office has such low ratings.

If whatever they have been paid to deliver does not look like it will fit in a mail box, they automatically send you the "sorry we missed you" and you have to get it yourself. That would be great if one did not work 7 to 7 weekdays or they had Saturday hours. Laziest, most rude people I have ever had to deal with. Perhaps it is a good thing they never answer the phone.
