Had a packege dilivered to my house, told they missed me even though i was home the whole time. Had to drive to this location to pick the package up. I called USPS they said they're open. Got here at 2pm not open. Can clearly hear people in the back working. No one came to help me. Their hours say closed for lunch 1:30-3:00 with the 3pm being a sticker they put on top of 2:00pm. So clearly their breaking the rules and be lazy taking a longer break then they need to. Avoid this location if you can. Hopefully Amazon, UPS, and other delivery services will put these lazy goverment parasites out of business one day.

Trying to call to speak to someone about a package i was suppose to receive but no one is answering. Seriously its been 40 mins and no one can pick up a phone?!?

The first time they left a notice stated that they missed me. They left the notice in my mail box. I have to reschedule again through their website. They supposed to redeliver the same package Monday June 27 2017, no body showed up.They tried again Tuesday June 28th and guess what i found when i was tracking the package on their website : "USPS was unable to deliver your item as of 10:14 am on June 28, 2017 in FORT WORTH, TX 76177. The address may be incorrect, incomplete, or illegible" . I called them and they told me that they sent back the package to the sender !!!!!!!!!!. This is ridiculous for real, i can not believe this!!! My question is this one : How did they find my address for the first attempt ?

I was here at 9:00 am but the office were supposed to be open at 10:00 am and i waited and the clark didn't arrive on time and i waited more than 30 minutes just to send my mail
