My experience so far is not great. I have ordered an important & somewhat expensive ($75) package which says on their website to expect 7-14 days for delivery. I was hoping it wouldn't take two weeks since it's only shipping from texas. In two days, (Nov 21-22) it made it from Texas to Provo. And it has been sitting in this post office since then, for 5 days. This is unbelievable. I know Thanksgiving was on the 23rd and they had that day off, but this package should have been at my house on Friday, or even Saturday. But it didn't even show up today (Monday). I work an early morning shift tomorrow but when I get off, if the tracker says it still hasn't left this post office I'm going up there myself to have them look for it.

Ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, when it never arrived I tracked the package to see where it was and the tracking said it could not be delivered because they couldn’t get into the building. Our building just has a regular buzzer on it that they call to unlock the door, pretty simple, and we’ve received multiple packages this way from various carriers and from USPS before, but they never called to get buzzed in. We received a package on Monday and we talked to the USPS delivery man and he said that was weird and they should’ve just buzzed up (he did). When we called this office to see where our package was and why it hadn’t been delivered, the lady on the phone said that the rules are different on Sundays and they aren’t allowed to buzz up to us if the door is locked. I asked multiple follow up questions to see if she was really committed to that lie, because it was so obviously false. Afterwards she just laughed at us and said we could pick it up at the office. Really weird customer service and delivery seems dependent on who’s delivering the item, as we’ve had great experiences before, but this was just mind-boggling.

They said my mailbox was too full to deliver a package and that they left a note with a pick up location. I checked my mailbox it was completely empty, no note nothing. It was a small package too, it would have fit. I am pretty sure they just skipped us so they didn't have to spend time delivering. They wouldn't answer their phone and with my work hours I don't know how I'll ever get to pick up my dang package! Horrible service

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in around noon needing to send a package internationally. The woman at the desk passed me a confusing paper to fill out and ignored my need for a larger bag. After I asked her a few more questions she made me feel so stupid so I left and sent the package through UPS instead. They walked me through every step and we're SOOO much more helpful. I will be going to UPS from now on

This is an Email I had to send to my landlord about the horrible service : I'm writing about the mail lady again I know it seem like dejavu but it's not. She came to our door today to literally ask us how our parents raise the (Our Name) " I cannon't believe it is this how your parents raised you guys I have so many problems with the ( Our Name )" I am literally two seconds from filing a restraining order. Because I have left her a friendly note the first time she started to harass my husband and I and it seemed to stop. This is the second time she comes to our door our safe haven our home. Not only does she bother us and harass us but she literally questions our PARENTS methods of raising us. This woman has no right to ever question anything like this. She even said this as well " that she can stop delivering our mail at the box " which in a letter to her left in our mailbox before I have told her if you have a problem with us take it up to your supervisor or leave our mail at the post office. I tried to explain to her that we are adults and that if we don't properly check our mailbox in her unprofessional opinion she can leave it with the post office. I honestly think she should be put off our rotation and not deliver to us anymore she literally is questioning how we were raised she is unprofessional and I am sick of having to send emails like this to someone about this same issue over and over again. Thank you Sam for you allowing me to email you about this please let me know if there is something that can get done.
