We've been waiting in this passport line for 30 minutes now and they haven't gotten through one single person. The ladies in there are taking their sweet time. Literally the slowest moving people I've seen in my life. #governmentincompetence

My postman or woman keeps delivering packages to a neighbor. Very annoying. Has happened 4 times in the last three months. I think that’s a mistake that should be fixed after the first time.

Awful. They send back a flat and tell me I need 3 dollars to send it. A flat dimension on the maximum is 3/4 in thick. I am sending them in a 4x7. And it’s a 1/2 in. These guys are idiots and I will never use them again.

Went to the Orem post office and it was super busy, This location is fast and efficient in and out with great employees ready to help you. Spent less than 5 minutes here
