The WORST aspect of our government.
I wish just one time that I got my package on time... This Heber location just can't get it together. Per my tracking, my package is at the heber center... I thought maybe just once I would get what I need when I need it. 3-5 business days is not that hard - Why even pay for expedited shipping if it won't get here within the regular time frame?  USPS just needs to dissolve and let UPS and FedEx just do what USPS can't do itself.  Waste of tax dollars, waste of time, waste of jobs.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments about this post office. I have a PO Box which requires some interaction with the staff when I forget my key and they’ve all been wonderful. Otherwise my regular mail always shows up at my house. Seems like a great office to me.

I feel a great deal of anxiety when I think about this post office...and about all the pieces of mail I never received that I know I should have received...and that was when I lived in Heber. When I moved away from Heber City I set up mail forwarding, and I hardly ever get any mail forwarded from my old address. This is deeply concerning, being as how I haven't changed my address yet on most of my accounts. I SHOULD be getting more mail forwarded from my old Heber address. I wonder where all my mail is going. 
When I still lived in Heber City, I had not one but two big checks mailed to me on January 8th. I moved at the end of January, so three weeks went by and I never received my checks. Two more weeks went by after I moved, and I still haven't received my checks via forwarding. 
I too often received mail for other people in my mailbox, and I assume that all the mail I never received is sitting in someone else's mailbox, or on their counter in their apartment. And now I'm sitting here wondering how many tax-related documents I never got in the mail that I don't even know to wonder about. 
Our mailman frequently delivered the mail after dark, arriving in an unmarked SUV, and we didn't even live out in the boonies. 
Lots of problems at that post office. It needs help

This rating is regarding the number of staff, or lack of staff, to run this post office. I have a PO Box that I pick up almost daily. My worst surprise is when I get one of those little orange slips in my box. This year, approximately 40 of the 55 times I received the orange slip, there is only one person at the counter and a large line, often over a 1/2 hour wait. About 15 of the 55 times there are two staff and a shorter line, maybe 5 to 15 minutes. I don't remember ever seeing three people at the counter to help customers for this busy post office. Perhaps they should remodel and get rid of the unused third counter position.

They are terrible!! Delivered all my mail..forgot to drop the 1 package I was waiting for!!! Said "Out for Delivery" that morning!!!! Instead notes : Delivered && ready to be picked up at Post Office!!! I did not pay for delivery so I could pick it up myself! How lazy!!!!
