First of all I feel incredibly sorry for the postal workers that work hard everyday trying to please all customers, and do not complain or show disdain for the public. I spent almost 40 minutes in line recently, while customers that were dumb as rocks, brought in their items for shipping without boxing, taping, or addressing their packages at home. Come on really? Do these lowlife creatures, also expect the postal workers to do the shopping and then gift wrap their items for them. Common courtesy and respect for others requires very little effort at home so that when you show up at the post office, the transaction is quick and doesn't require others to suffer in line waiting for you. Have some common courtesy and respect for other customers. You are not anymore special than every other customer.

The Office itself has improved a LOT since my first review.
Much better attitude for sure. Only knocking a star because some of the mailmen really SUCK. I have taken photos of the things they do leaving packages halfway outside the mailbox easily accessible by anyone walking or driving by on my street. Show little care.
So the office gets 4.5 stars but the delivery people, depending on how they are, get either 5 or 0!   Need to shape up!

This post office delivers the mail to the apartments I live and 3 out of 5 times I have a package delivered to I can never find them. They either put the package at the wrong door or wrong mailbox

After addressing my issues a few times they have gotten better. Always have my packages delivered to the right place now

Constantly losing my packages, hold times on the phone for 50 min. Have not reimbursed me for the things they have lost. Investigations into why they were lost take up to a month to even hear back about.
