The line wasn't long when I got there. just a few people. But it took me 45 minutes to send a letter. There was only 1 person actively working for the first 20 minutes, and the guy that was working was trying to satisfy a customer. Overall it took WAY too long. It needs more front desk employees, so that everyone doesn't get hung up because of one customer.
The inside seemed nice and clean. And the clerk that I ended up with was friendly and quick with my letter.
-3 stars for wasting 45 minutes of my time.
2 stars because the clerk was nice and the environment seemed clean.

No post office is perfect. But I have to say this is one of the better ones. I personally have not had any issues at this location. Clerks are friendly. Service is good. They keep the drop slots cleared out so you can usually always drop off packages that you ship via online sites. I ship many pkgs each day due to an online business. This is my favorite location to use.

This post office picks up and delivers our mail at our Orem business. We were expecting a package and had a scheduled pick up that we filed through the website. We noticed on the tracking number that they came at 6:30 pm and marked the package as undeliverable because the business was closed. We were here from 7am-6pm and just couldn't stay any longer. When we called the post office to find out if they would be delivering our mail during business hours they said there was nothing they could do. Thanks Brian. Getting the Amazon account was the worst thing that could have happened to the postal service. They are not equipped for it.

Number one, it was so long line. I see worker chat with customer and not doing their job.

Number two: Yesterday I called them, wait for long time and gave time. Again I try again call them today, wait forever like an hour. Really? Really! Don't make me wait so long again!

The Postal Service delivered my package to the wrong address.  
When I called there was a 5 hour wait. I don't have 5 hours to give you.
I didn't get the package and the person that got that delivery must have kept it.
Very expensive for the store that I made the purchase from!
They are sending me another item.
