Terrible. I've been on the phone since 2 pm been disconnected twice I've waited 47 mins each time to talk to someone. You call and it's 45 to 1 hour and 5 min wait time to talk to someone? Completely ridiculous. I'm beyond pissed off about this and I'm not calling back. I don't even have Trenton address. Why my package is at Trenton post office I really would like to know why! Oh wait it's 4:15 and I don't have an hour to wait to speak to an HOURLY EMPLOYEE smfh sadddddd

Mail carrier leaves my mailbox lid open and constantly leaves my packages out instead of putting them in the door. I hope everyone there gets fired and ran under new management.

Same as the other one in Trenton, All USPS locations should be closed & sold, Private companies handle this service far better. This place looses packages like it's their prerogative, If there were ever a building with more incompetent people in it, they would surely list it as a mental hospital.

This place is terrible. The hours posted on the door are not accurate. They close for the most insignificant holidays all the time. It seems like every time I go there they are closed. Businesses that do not reflect hours of operation properly and don't give any notice of closing for ridiculous holidays are the worst. Who's running this place? Can someone please step up and AT THE VERY LEAST put up an accurate sign of the hours on the door with a list of holidays you are closed on? Get with it people....the year is almost 2016. We're suppose to have flying cars and trips to the moon. If we can't have that can we at least have a post office? Terrible management. I mean seriously how hard is it to print out a piece of paper that says the CORRECT hours of operation?
