Am currently waiting in line here with 10 other people. They are still not open even though they were supposed to open at 9:30 am. No one even notified the line that their clerk did not show up for work until we asked about after 10 mins of waiting and no time estimate was given. Very unprofessional. The staff that was present should have been more respectful of the clients outside waiting and at the very least notified them that someone was running late. Btw it is almost 10am and they are still not open. The staff is being unapologetic and rude about the situation. No respect for their customers time.

Horrible experience, only had one person working,  waited 55 minutes to send a package. I’ve never seen so many people frustrated at a post office.

They picked up a package and lost it for 3 days. Cant find out who lost it or found it and they haven't offered anything. Is it ludicrous to change to overnight which is still 3 days late at best...?

I trust them. That's hard to say about other locations. This location has more professional workers, mostly friendly, some not-so-much, but they get the job done and don't waste time. Lines can get long at peak times, but the staff does their best too accommodate.
