Rudest post office in Detroit they do not list there real number and they are racist they don’t help with any questions you have they Think everything is a joke Miserable old employees that need to retire 🖕👎

The worst experience I have ever encountered at a USPS branch. Their phone has been down for "more than six months" (what the clerk told me) and they don't seem to care. For the unknowing customer, the phone line just rings and rings unanswered. Store is dirty, door has been damaged forever. Even the workstations are messy and disorganized. I sent two overnight packages from this branch; they both arrived late and neither had tracking info entered correctly. I wasn't surprised.

I have been trying to call to have a package redelivered because they didn't leave it at my house. The line has been busy all the times I have called!!!! I don't get off work in time to make it before they close and now I will have to wait until Saturday to get my package.

If i could give this negative starts i would. I called this place about 5 times not once did they pick up, The lady here was extremely rude, cocky and she looked like the villagers from horton hears a who. I have never experienced shittier service in my life!
