I love the Inkster Postal office excellent customer service and I have always been blessed with great carriers that went above and beyond and always answered questions. I been receiving mail and dealing with this Post office off and on since 1986. I can't complain.

worst service ever, terrible employees, disrespectful toward mail. I've received damaged stuff all the time. I've failed to receive stuff all the time. I came home one time and my package was sitting in front of my apartment door. mail is left on the front porch all the time, not even courteous enough to sit large packages in the backyard. Every mail carrier I've ever seen has always been on their phone using wireless headsets, and I'm sure they're not hanging up and redialing every time they in and out from behind the wheel so they are distracted driving putting every cursing on the road and our naborhood in danger. no Integrity ever displayed by any of their employees, ever. I want my G D tax dollars back

So glad I don't live in Inkster no more so I don't have to deal with these losers!!! The post master JERK got mad at me for me writing emails, and leaving notes, to save MY mail at the office for pick up and THEY NEVER DID IT! Not only that, they didn't deliver it, he so busy screwing that FAT POSTAL LADY he threw all my mail away and tried to get me arrested by some "detective"...guess What? Never worked! Ha! Garden city has better service.

I go to this Post Office if I am in the area or if the offices near my home are closed. It is a full service Post Office. The clerks are very helpful here. There is plenty of parking. The bulletproof glass at the front desk is a little unique but I have never had a problem there.

I miss mail carrier's from long ago! Now, mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address! My neighbor has given me mail multiple times, today, I'm going around the block to give mail to a neighbor with the same address but different street! If someone wasn't honest and return ones mail, that could present a problem, a very serious problem(s) perhaps! The usps needs better management and accountability measures. I expect to receive my mail, not someone else getting it repeatedly!
