I agree that this place would get negative stars. I do not use USPS unless I have no choice. Anytime I have had a package sent, they hold it, refuse to deliver, and make me wait to figure out on my own that I'm missing a package. If I am unaware of a package, it sits there for weeks. They just scan it every day saying it is delayed. I am maybe 5 minutes down the street. So, don't waste your money on speedy shipping, they will not honor the request or the money that was spent.
This is definitely specific to this location. I've never had issues like this at any other Post Office.

Best post office around. Fast, friendly and helpful. Almost always a line, but they keep it moving despite the older population that moves slow and doesn't pay attention.

Employees here do a very good job every time I visit.  Courteous and helpful.  People need to be patient, don't be in such a hurry, when everyone requires individual attention once they reach the counter.  I have never had a bad experience at this branch, just relax and let the employees do their job.  They are very good at it.

My husband and I never had a problem with any USPS offices before and we had our bad experience here. My husband and I were at the post office today around 14:00 pm. My husband asked if he could exchanged his old stamps that were jumble up, one to another and got a bad response with a bad attitude. If only she responded in a good attitude, my husband would not be upset. Then, as we were waiting for her to check something for us at the back office, another lady behind us who was wearing the post office uniform asked us whether we finished or not. Wait a minute.!..we were still waiting for the lady with the attitude to finish checking something for us.That's it!! We know it is Friday and we know it is hot in AZ, but please have a better attitude and service.  Just a an advise from your customer, please be a bit humble that you have a job because you have customers.

Something shady is going on here. Over the course of 2 years, I've repeatedly had important mail mysteriously disappear. Including items purchased online and even a $9000 check. The PO tells me these parcels were delivered when they most certainly were not. I was waiting for them at the mailbox. Sadly, I cannot trust that my mail will be delivered to me here anymore. I must rely on UPS and FedEx for any parcels that I don't want going missing. It makes me sad to think of how many elderly residents of this community are being ripped off.
