Package was placed in wrong mailbox mailman delivered it the same day of my inquiry to my door at 8pm. Now that is dedication. It was an important package with legal documents. Post office was able to track it immediately. Excellent professional service

1 star is generous. They destroyed my package and then wrapped what was left in dirty wrapping essentially ruining the items that didn't end up breaking. I understand it's the holidays, but come on!!!! Show some respect people. Last time I ship anything with this location. Never had any problem with the one on East Gelding Dr.

Why do they not want to deliver packages to my house? Is it because I live on a dirt road? They say there were attempts made to deliver but there was never a slip left at my door. I call bullsh*t. They never answer the phones either. Why do I need to go 20 minutes away to pick up my packages every time? Isn't that why theres delivery? FedEx and UPS never had a problem.

They dont even deserve this one star .. I have been waiting for my package for almost a month now. I checked my tracking number from fedex and it said that it was delivered to scottsdale postal office on the 10th and it was never shipped out. So i decided to call the postal office about 20x to see why my package hasnt been delivered yet no one would pick up, at first the line was busy so i kept calling and calling and once i finally heard a ring no one would answer my calls .. this is so uncalled for. I should of received my package already ..

We have used this post office for almost 20 years and only one minor problem. Much better prices than UPS. Tommy and the crew are great.
