Just submitted a passport application at this location. The woman helping me was very kind and helpful with the process. I had to wait a little while even though I had an appointment, but still good service overall. They were able to take my picture onsite which was also very helpful!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED FOR 18 DAYS! For unknown reasons they have sent my package back to the sender, twice! My name has been on my mail box for 17 years! I have called the 1800 number, filed all claims that needed to be filled out and have been waiting for management to call me which they haven't. I travel for work and have been gone since the package should have been delivered, but the package does not need a signature. The corporate office has even sent emails to the manager at this office and I still haven't received a phone call. Receiving mail should NEVER be this complicated!

This by far the worst post office ever!!!!!!! Twice now this office has failed to send a return pkg to its place of origins.....even with smart labels already paid postage and they can’t get the mail sent back ... first time was 3 months and they screwed up my refund and this time it’s two weeks and still hasn’t been scanned for return and now waiting over an hour just to talk to a post office rep about the issue ..... WORST POST OFFICE EVER !!!!!

For the third time out of four times, this post office cannot or will not deliver priority packages. The worst possible post office . How do your defend this lack of service? I see that I am but one individual of the hundreds posted. What of those individuals who do not post the issues with your branch? You give the entire postal service a bad name.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION... THEY CLOSED MY PO BOX WITHOUT WARNING AFTER I HAD THIS BOX FOR YEARS, BECAUSE THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM FAILED. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD POOR SERVICE BUT THIS INFURIATES ME.
