I was nervous about coming here because of previous reviews and the fact I was going to be asking for cash back for a late delivery of a package I sent over the holiday. The receipt said delivery by 8pm Friday but it wasn't delivered until 11am Monday. I know that Thursday was a holiday but still I expected arrival due to the information provided. All worked up and ready to fight I was immediately greeted by Joe. I gave him my receipt and not expecting much was surprised when he politely asked me to wait for a moment while he went back and looked the information up. He came back apologized for the wait and filled out a form for me and after apologizing again gave me my refund without any issues. He is absolutely not what any of the negative reviewers had to deal with he was friendly, clean cut, professional and very good at his job. I would give 10 stars as this was a very pleasant experience considering I wanted my money back for something that got delivered anyway, but it was late so I guess it all works out.

I've been going to this location for years and the employees are always so helpful and kind. Not only that, but it's always a pleasure conversing with them.

Terrible customer service. If you have mail sent to you in this local area I am sorry for you. The person who distributes the mail/packages in this area will constantly refuse to actually deliver. I have in the last 4 months suffered from a failure to receive my mail, important or not because he refuses to actually deliver the mail on time or not even at all. I am greatly disappointed in this service. If you can have your mail sent else where!!!!
