How to explain HOW MANY TIMES these postal employees have screwed up my mail from the time I moved here to now. I will never forget the time 2 years ago when I put a temporary address change to my place in Oregon (gone 2 months) and I was surprised I was not getting things in Oregon...come back at the time I put on the online form I filled out and I asked where my mail was...I get catalog's, etc. and did not get any mail for 2 months. They THREW MY MAIL OUT! The postal worker said "oh, it was Mainly newspapers...but I told the worker that did it that it was unacceptable!" So she blamed some part-time worker for this. I also got late fee's from credit card bills, etc. And I am constantly getting mail from other people. I can see now and them but this is a constant thing. I have lived in many places and I have NEVER seen such an unorganized post office as this one. Very bad - to the point I had to call the Postmaster General.

I own a business in aj, and if there is no mail to be delivered, they dont even check the mailbox!! Seriously, how lazy can one be!! So my taxes that need to be paid have sat in the mailbox , and they NEVER PICKED IT UP!!! LAZY!!

Worst Post office ever, lost packages (after they say they delivered and there's no package), mail in the wrong boxes, (and yes they were properly addressed) anytime I see the package was turned over to the local P.O. I cringe. I have been all over and this PO is the worst ever. 11/11/2017 Post Office A-holes, neighbor just brought over our mail that was placed in their box again for the umpteen time

wow so many negative comments, I used to work here over 2 years ago, maybe I should come back. I wish customers would understand the carriers do their best, this is not an easy job especially in the heat. Customers can help by putting their names on a box, and letting the carrier know when they move in and move out, and if snow birds when they are leaving and returning. To the one lady that says she received a fed ex slip and no package, she should call fed ex...lol This station, Great place to work.

I do not receive my mail. In the past week, I have received calls from my insurance company, my doctor, and a credit card company all saying their bills were returned as 'undeliverable'. Last November, when a snowbird neighbor returned, she brought over 27 items that were put in her mail hold from March through November. Most of them were important confidential financial statements. Some were bills. I ended up owing late fees to two companies as a result of not receiving statements/bills. Consistently poor delivery service for more than a year.
