I had to mail a package on December 21st---the Thursday before Christmas.  I arrived at the post office on Piedmont around 11am and found a very long line and one person behind the counter.  After waiting an hour in line, I got to the front and Bridget helped me.  She went out of her way to make sure I was mailing my package the most economical way possible, even unpacked a box and gave it to me, saving me $13 over the Express Mail box.  Bridget made me feel like I was the only one in the post office that day. She does an excellent job, in a very challenging environment.

Horrible service, slow, customer service is rude...only one machine taking cash and the other only taking debit..I am standing in line as I write this pissed off... the line is almost out the door and it’s 3 minutes until closing time..i dont recommend anyone to come here

This is a very attentive and efficient post office. Even with great load of work, they try to have a smile in their face and they have great customer service. It is not in my zip code, but I always go there because there is no other better than this one.

I've only called them a few times, but to be honest? They've gone above and beyond in helping track down a couple packages and answer my questions. They've been patient and detailed, and so whoever the lady is that seems to normally handle package track-down? Aces in my book!
