I have informed delivery. They failed to deliver my important letter the same day twice already. They also have very delayed delivery times in our neighborhood. Close to 7 pm. I live for those letters from my son.

I went to the post office yesterday. Of course the line was long because of Christmas. The staff were very friendly and kept the line moving fast. I was very pleased.  I just wish they had a stamp machine in the lobby.

Wonderful location , Ms.Gwen helped me solve my problem quickly and she has great Customer service . I will start coming to this location and I  recommend it  .

My post office (mableton) is right across the street but theyre often rude so I don't mind driving further for the Austell one. They're always friendly and ready to help me. No matter how many packages I have. Mableton does have a few friendly staff members. But the bad ones ruin it for those location.
