I have had MANY PACKAGES MYSTERIOUSLY STOLEN FROM THE POSTAL WORKER.. THIS POST OFFICE DOES NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. YOU FILL OUT A WHITE SHEET AND THEY DON'T REVIEW ANYTHING.  NO FOLLOW UP, NO PHONE CALL.  CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER AND SAME THING NO SOLUTION. JUST AN APOLOGY AND WILL SEE IF WE FIND THE PACKAGE!! HOW CAN YOU FIND A PACKAGE THAT YOU  DELIVERED AND CONFIRM DELIVERY FOR?? I'M STILL WAITING..

This is a holiday season! How ironic! If a customer waits almost an hour at the side door for express mail to be found, how should that customer feel? If when that same customer asks one of the clerks to call for a supervisor and that clerk says she cannot call for a supervisor because she cannot leave her post (she cannot call from her post either), how should the customer feel? Shame on you, people! It is obvious that the staff and leadership of this location do not care about people. The google reviews are very true. This post office location need to be audited. This is a government office -- people working for people -- but not this location!

For weeks now I have not received any mail. It was brought to my attention that my mail carrier is sending my mail back as undeliverable! I've complained and called the 1800 number and nothing has been done. My mail is still getting sent back this is just ridiculous if you don't want to do your job then quit but it's not fair that because lazy people don't want to do their job properly we have to suffer! I really hope something gets done and fast!

If there was an ability to give zero or negative stars, I would have; this place is far from deserving of even a single star. No other profession in the world tolerates this lack of accountability! In my neighborhood, we call this post office “Death Row” instead of Park Row. ZERO accountability...PATHETIC!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I am calling for my job for them to come pick up outgoing mail. The lady kept talking over me and did not care to listen to what I have to say. I then asked her if I could talk b/c she kept speaking over me and she let me talk. Then when I was done she said okay, have a nice day and hung up on me. The pick up and drop off times have been different since december. There is no regular schedule and pick up and drop off earlier in the day when not all the outgoing mail is ready. This is twice in one week that they have not picked up outgoing mail. I will be complaining to the post master.
