This is the most useless post office ever. it's never open, the people who work there are so apathetic they really couldn't care less. It's impossible to get telephone help from everyone, even to just check to make sure you package is going to be at the post office. The carrier will either loose your packages, or simply choose not to leave them for you, even when you're home and waiting, because their to lazy to come to your door. If I could fire them all I would. This is why the USPS is going under, because of people like this.

2 of my cards went missing.1 christmas card, 1 bday card. No money in either, so glad you stoke my mail for no reason. When brought up today, we were provided the "mail is slow due to the holidays" response. A whole month later? Sure! I will be shipping my mail from my job in austin where i know it is not being stolen. Pathetic.

Rural delivery driver will NOT bring a package to your door even though they are supposed to if you are less than 350 ft from the road (I am) according to the postmaster. He constantly leaves packages on top of my mailbox or laying on the ground beside the road, even when it's raining. I've had packages run over in the roadway, blown across the neighbors pasture and just today, two packages stolen from atop my mailbox. I'm retired and almost always home. I've watched the delivery driver pull away from my mailbox, gone and gotten my mail to find a delivery notice in the mailbox saying a signature was required and the package was at the post office. I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE!. I then drove straight to the post office and picked up the package which means the package was NEVER EVEN IN HIS VEHICLE! Complaints the post office result in nothing but excuses. The worst of which was..."rural mail carriers are contract employees and not USPS employees, I can't do anything." And they wonder why people get pissed when they raise postage rates.

Let's see. I have never had a problem here. Customer service is always great! But could someone explain to me how a priority mail letter going to SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA was sent from Austin destination & them to SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA!?!? Sent it out on a Monday & knew it would be there by Friday. Now will take another week. Ugh!!!
