This is a holiday season! How ironic! If a customer waits almost an hour at the side door for express mail to be found, how should that customer feel? If when that same customer asks one of the clerks to call for a supervisor and that clerk says she cannot call for a supervisor because she cannot leave her post (she cannot call from her post either), how should the customer feel? Shame on you, people! It is obvious that the staff and leadership of this location do not care about people. The google reviews are very true. This post office location need to be audited. This is a government office -- people working for people -- but not this location!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I am calling for my job for them to come pick up outgoing mail. The lady kept talking over me and did not care to listen to what I have to say. I then asked her if I could talk b/c she kept speaking over me and she let me talk. Then when I was done she said okay, have a nice day and hung up on me. The pick up and drop off times have been different since december. There is no regular schedule and pick up and drop off earlier in the day when not all the outgoing mail is ready. This is twice in one week that they have not picked up outgoing mail. I will be complaining to the post master.

I have many problems with this USPS in the past and even present to this day such as missing packages, package getting sent to the wrong address numerous times, and now it seems that they're even opening my packages when they arrive to my house. Yesterday I saw the USPS driver at my mailbox and went to get my mail. My package was already opened as he handed it to me. Today I have another package that was out for delivery at 9:12 AM and is supposed to be delivered today. Around 11 AM or 12 noon i see the USPS driver go right by my mailbox without dropping off my package that's supposed to arrive today. I've lived in the same home for about 13 years and have always had problems with this postal service. Something needs to change.

If I could rate no stars I would. Majority of the staff are rude and unprofessional. Always have attitudes and horrible customer service. Don't bother asking for help because they will look at you like you're crazy. Lines are ALWAYS long and everything is unorganized even your mail.  The most incompetent group of people I've ever seen. Moved in the area and it took this office 2 months to issue my key. I had to complain to get my mail and key. Then to make matters worse they changed the lock on my mailbox one day and I'm still an active resident. I absolutely avoid this location at all costs. TERRIBLE

stars if possible.  I just called them and they have the most shittist customer service ever. Very rude and ghetto. Same service that you get if you were at frenchys or Timmy chan.
