I have purchased a new home in Allen. When I was testing the keys, I noticed that the key to the mailbox (the street of my new home has centralised mailbox) doesn't work. I have been calling this postal office (which is the local postal office of my new home) for the past 2 weeks and no one would pick up the phone. So I have to drive all the way there (I do not currently live in Allen) just to request and the every single worker I have talked to are nothing but rude and condescending. I arrived at 12:00 today and they did not even bother to answer my question as to what are the steps and information required to request new mailbox key, they just said "come back Tuesday" with such a terrible attitude and would not bother to even look in my direction again. I understand they are trying to go home, but the least they can do is keep their PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. They represents USPS, which is backed by the government. Their attitude and actions (while I was there, I witness them THROWING packages in the cart like it's a bunch of trash) is really giving the government, USPS, and City of Allen a terrible reputation. They need to be more selective in their hiring process for this location. I have lived in and been to postal office in Plano, Richardson, and Dallas and none of these location seems to have any issues. I totally would have given this location negative stars if I could.

Absolutely the worst USPS location I have ever been to. Employees seem to deliberately take as long as possible to assist customers and seem bothered if you ask questions. To top things off, I went to the self service kiosk and the kiosk has most options marked with "cannot perform this action at this time". I attempted to purchase stamps and it took my money and did not dispense the stamps. They should shut this location down. I will never go back.

Said they deliver a package tonight on my front porch, it was and is not there. Second time I didn’t get a package from their delivery. I get my neighbors packages sometimes, seems like they must be short handed or in a super big hurry.

One of the busier USPS locations. There are 3 mail drop off bins outside for letters, they are ALWAYS full with mail sticking out, it doesn’t feel secure to drop mail here and makes it inconvenient to have to go back. Clearly needs to be emptied more often, it’s right outside. Self service kiosk inside has been out of order for everything but stamps (if you’re lucky) since at least the summer.
