I mainly come here for work. I thinks it's a great neighborhood post office. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. While they need up front counter staff during the holidays I've found that during other times of the year they can be a bit understaffed and that can cause longish wait times. I've also had issues with them being out of stock on specialty stamps quite a bit. Not even the more super special collector stamps, just the seasonal special prints. It's a large building and has an on site store that sells greeting cards and gift cards amokng other things. They also do passports but be sure to make an appointment.

Julian Is great, I have never seen this level of quality and responsibleness in what he and his staff do like Ms Joy. He is an extraordinary supervisor who knows all the details about his job and knows how to take care of the customers. He is very nice with the clients all the time. Doesn’t matter what kind of a problem you have with delivery of your package, if there’s any chance to help, he’ll figure it out for you, and goes out of his way even if it’s something that isn’t on him or the post office responsibility. 
DO NOT ASK FOR ILLEGAL OR IMPOSSIBLE THINGS FROM HIM, but in other situations he is the man. 
I really appreciate what he does.

I try to do all my shipping from either this USPS or the one on Noel Rd. in N. Dallas, which is also very good. These people are very friendly and helpful, not to mention efficient. Keep it up!

Super friendly and helpful staff, but usually there aren't many people working up front at the same time so there's a small wait time. Nothing unexpected.

Everyone there seemed really nice and helpful but especially Rita! Rita was helping me with applying for a passport and she was so friendly and helpful. She greeted everyone and helped them with any questions they had. So thanks for making it a pleasant experience at the post office!
