The Vietnamese lady there was absolutely rude! I asked her for help and she did not help me with questions I had about mailing my item. She complained about me asking her anything. Kept telling me if that I wasn't ready, well of course not because I have questions and want to make sure I'm doing things right .  She just wanted everyone to be in and out quick. Doesn't want to help at all! Never again going to this place.  Worst costumer service! I never do any complaints but this time I really had to. Do not go to this location! They also never answer the phones ! I tried calling so I could speak with the supervisor but nothing.

The Asian lady is so mean. 

I got a small package
My label is for a package weights 8oz

She said my package weights 8.6 oz, so I should go buy another one. 

This is really unnecessary and she cannot let me pay the difference there. 

Also she wrote a big X and circled the label, yeah! 

Bad experience! 
They need some nice people work there.

I've put off posting this for a while but I've officially had enough. I own a small business and this is the closest post office to me. I have to go a couple times per week, and every single time I go, there is only one person working and the line is out the door. This is anytime during the day, as I've tried going at different times to avoid a line. I don't have time to spend an hour at the post office every time I go. I'd rather drive 10 more minutes to go to a further post office and be in and out quickly. So frustrating.

I went to drop a parcel off this morning, which had a tiny tear in it, so I asked if I could have a small piece of tape.  I had been in a rush that morning trying to get to class, so I didn't have time to tape the tear or remove the original shipping label (mind you, this was a package with a free-returns label).  The lady not only tells me that I have to tape it myself, but says I have to either remove the original label or cover it with a sheet of white paper.  I go to attempt to remove the original label and the lady says, "you have to take it home and bring it back tomorrow."  Oh, did I forget to mention they were late opening this morning?  I'm typically a very patient person when it comes to customer service, but if you can't take 15 seconds out of your day AS AN EMPLOYEE to help a customer, you have no right to be in the workplace.

Did not deliver packages i put in the blue bin, MOST likely they were STOLEN. DO NOT go to this location. They won't even answer your phone calls. This place need better management because the workers seem to not care about their job.
