NOT WORTH THE ONE STAR. Had to put one to be able to post!!!    On 12/16/2017 a pkg was said to have been "DELIVERED, FRONT DOOR/PORCH KELLER, TX 76244" at 5:05 pm. This pkg was not and has not been delivered to the addressee as of 6:54 pm 12/16/2017. Unfortunately there is/was no way of contacting the facility via telephone.  Seems something is really wrong with the postal system and I will have to make a trip to Keller to take care of the delivery myself. Will post update after I address the issue in person.

Mail has not been delivered since last Friday. Understand they were closed for Veterans Day. Tried to call the phone number listed, takes a while then goes to fax machine cause they don't want to answer the phone. Bad customer service at this location.

The lines here can be awful.  Our mail keeps getting lost and I dont know how much this place has to do with that but I am thinking they might have something to do with it.

Seriously need to learn their policies. A rude clerk denied me pickup of a registered piece of mail but there was no restricted delivery on it. My husband works all the time and can't come in to pick up a package that I bought for him. Even though I'm the one that got it for him and live in the same house with the same last name (reflected on my id), I can't pick it up. He's going to have to request to leave work early in order to pick it up. So even though it wasn't restricted delivery, just because it was registered mail, she wouldn't let me have it. So ridiculous.
