These people are really clueless and incompetent. And I don't like giving bad reviews, but they need retraining in customer service and how not to lose mail. My experience with this location and the USPS location on on Gus Thomasson and in Balch Springs have been the worst by far! !!

They are rude in here. I did not need either one of them to tell me what I wanted to hear. However the man at the letter and package window was rude and got relatively loud with me. The man in the service line laughed in my face and told me everyone will tell me that same thing. All I wanted to know was any of my mail returned, they acted as if it wasn't in their job description to answer me or help me.

3 stars for having the self-service mailing machine (I haven't had in person service here). Minus 1 star cause the envelopes shelf by the self-service was almost empty. Minus another star cause no A/C in summer lol.

DONT EVER USE USPS LOST MY SONS HALLOWEEN COSTUME AND DIDNT CARE ONLY KEPT HANGING UP AND TELLING ME WHO CARES

They marked a package as delivered IN/AT mailbox. I was home at the time. They did not leave a package. Had to take a loss on ebay.
