A package I had ordered was delivered to someone else's house (shocking), and even though it was a Sunday I called to see if there was anyone there who could help me locate it. There was, and after complaining about the office being closed, she proceeded to look up the information anyway. She informed me that it was delivered one street over, and I mentioned that if it was someone I knew I could retrieve it from them myself sine I most likely knew them. She then YELLED at me to not do so, angrily saying that it wasn't my job and to not do anything. I understand that if this is the procedure, and I respect that. But you NEVER speak to someone like that. She was absolutely disrespectful and rude and spoke to me in a way no one should to a customer. I wanted a simple question answered and all I received in return was anger, rudeness and disrespect. The staff needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers.

A package was shipped to our house. Instead of leaving the package at the door the carrier took it back to the local office. When we went to the Roanoke post office with the slip left at our door they were unable to find the package. The item is a roomba and is over $500 in value and was a Christmas gift for our parents. Misty, who is a representative at the branch took my information and my brothers information and said she would call us back. After receiving no call back later that afternoon, we tried again. This time they said the package had been moved to the managers office. When we went to pick it up a second time, we were told it was no longer there. Someone at this Roanoke post office stole our Christmas gift to our parents and is now trying desperately to give us the run around. Worst place ever and they seem to only employee a bunch of thieves.

Will you get your mail today? Maybe but it depends on who is in the truck and if you're lucky- you'll only get your own mail and not the neighbors. Also, it's pure luck as to whether you'll see your bills on the regular. Good times with zip cash tolls. ! Enjoy yourself around the holidays as well when major carriers hand off packages to USPS. We've had multiple Xmas gifts returned, missing, and other lazy mishaps. Truly ridiculous and Ive never experienced anything like it in any other zip code.

Inside staff is AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. Cindy was so efficient and knowledgeable. Was a little worried when I walked into a line with two workers, but both workers were pleasant and very helpful and line moved quickly!

We keep getting other people's mail and that makes me wonder who is getting ours. We take the trouble to give the mail back so the carrier can try it again and can only hope others do that too. Complaining does no good, I've tried.
