We have been experiencing some serious mail issues from the substitute mailman for the past several months. He his very lazy won't deliver packages to the door. He leaves the gate opened and won't close it back. He also likes to mace the little dogs in their gates on the route when he has no mail for that address. Today he left my large package at the gate never even came in the gate to put it on the porch. There has been reports made about him on several occasions yet nothing seems to be done about it. This is getting out of hand. If you don't want to work STAY HOME.

My wife and I were both treated rudely by an employee when asking about passport photos for our children. The employee gave us the number to call, and added "There's no point in calling because I don't ever pick up the phone anyways." BOTTOM LINE: Expect to be treated rudely by employees who act like they are doing you an enormous favor for the simple act of performing their jobs.

Always Poor service, Always Later delivery or Lost packages. Just Go elsewhere to deliver. and If you have important documents or packages just use your friend's address in dinwiddie, colonial Heights or Prince george instead. They have lost a total of 500$ worth of packages from me! Packages that No one else would find valuable! Theft is not the problem its just plain negligence, this place has to be filled with people who hold no standards, no pride in their job. Sad.

Poor hours of operation with bad customer service. They should shut down just like city. Workers here show they don't care

The worst customer service sucks the hours of operation suck they really should just be closed its just a frustrating business to deal with. They tried to deliver the package I wasn't home I sign for them to come back and read deliver the package however they decided to send it back thank you happy holidays...NOT
