My mail delivery is very poor. I'm lucky if I receive my necessary mail three times a week. But they never fail to give me the junk!! Wish my neighborhood had a steady reliable mail person.

I lived in my apartment complex for about four years now. For about the last 2 years I have had nothing but problems with receiving my mail. I don’t know where the issue is stemming from, but here are a few things I experienced. 1. A mail carrier lost the key fob granting access to the building. The Post office didn’t want to pay the fee to buy a new one. When the carrier arrived to deliver mail, If someone didn’t let them in, then he left without delivering the mail that day. 2. One time I tracked a package that was supposed to be delivered, there was a notice stating they returned it to sender cause I moved and didn’t leave a forwarding address. 3. My wife once sent out a letter through the units out going mail. That was in Nov 2016. I still don’t know where that’s at. 4. On a few occasions while waiting for a package I received a slip in my box that read tried to knock on door, customer wasn’t home, no safe spot to leave package. I was home a few of those times, no one came to the door. I assume the carrier was to lazy to walk to my apartment and decided to leave a slip in my box. 5. I didn’t receive two letters that I know for a fact were sent to me. One left New Mexico on Dec 22nd the other left Nebraska earlier than that. 6. On more then one occasion I have received other people’s mail. I am assuming that my mail might be getting placed in other peoples boxes I am leaving state in a few months so it’s too late for me, but if I could do it over I would have gotten a P.O. box and used that instead.

Mail is delivered late each day, if at all and my packages are like a gamble if they arrive. I refuse to patronize the office and use Prince George post office instead even though it's a 30 minute drive...that's how much I dislike this post office. Please hire competent mail delivery drivers.

Expect to be waiting for years for your packages cause their people are incompetent as HELL! We have 2 delivery ladies. One is very sweet, but the other is very rude and obviously miserable with life. We even suspect her of stealing mail.

Donna I guess is her name you need to be fired!! Slow down! You delivered my package with hundreds of dollars worth of goods in the lockbox and did not leave the key stupid. So if someone steals my package then what? But I guess I am SOL, I called USPS sat on the phone for a hour only to be told all we can do is send an electronic notice and they will call you! Hey Donna thank you for ruining my party- because that package had items that are needed. I will be calling Petersburg Franklin st on Monday! Worthless and careless, keep in mind they have put my neighbors mail in my box many times had to drop it off at my rental office, scanned boxes delivered to front door or mailbox and their lazy tails dropped it a the rental office. Honestly that's fine- but scan it correctly so people aren't running around! I will be conntacting corporate and writing a letter! I will do everything I can do to in insure this lady is suspended/fried or put back into training!
