I don’t understand why this has a 1 rating. I had a great experience here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and did not have a bad attitude like the ones at Howard Beach. I was in and out, no line and everything went by smoothly and quickly!

All you lazy ass union USPS workers need a reality check. Maybe you entitled sloths would be paid better if you actually worked for your pay. Find a new career path if you cannot do simple tasks like move boxes to an appropriate bin in a timely manner. I've never delt with more incompetent people in my life. I swear every worker of this place never made it past 2nd grade. It's actually surprising our government would hire such lazy brainless swine.

Why do you guys even have a phone # listed if you guys will never answer the phone?! Literally been calling for an hour nonstop, horrible agency wish i could give them 0 stars. There should be an audit to this place and either change the whole staff or just shut it down, really ridiculous

Deserves no stars at all! The contact number always goes to busy! No other contact number to reach them. Usps treats their customers very carelessly. Have a missing package which was last scanned at this place. They changed  he destination address to somewhere in Texas! now they cannot even find the package and there is no one to contact at this place. Very poor service.

How has this place not been audited and overhauled or shut down? Like hundreds of other people apparently, I am having a horrible experience with our postal service. I ordered a motorcycle part from Italy on 8/25 and paid $58 for Priority Mail Express International. The part arrived in NY and was transferred to this distribution center on 9/8. It's been sitting there for 10 days now and after numerous calls, emails, cases, and complaints to the USPS (and even a 3rd party inspection agency), I have gotten ZERO help, just a bunch of blame shifting and responsibility avoidance. The 2 times I've actually heard from someone, I got "Sorry, we can't help you. You'll most likely have to wait a couple more weeks." What did I pay for????? All I want is the service that I paid for. I'm very disappointed in our postal service and sickened by the utter lack of accountability on all fronts.
