This post office has the least efficient parcel delivery system I have ever encounter. Two parcels have been non delivered even though the post office claims that 2 attempts were made for each package. No pink slips left on my doors and instructions left on my front door were not followed by the drivers. I remained home during the so called deliveries and I did not see or hear the driver. What a terrible branch. Badly run and very inefficient. It really deserves "0" stars.

Whatever delivery time they give you... just plan on getting it 2 days later or over the weekend.... or not at all. I still have a missing package from November 2017 and I am currently missing a package (says it was delivered on tuesday 2/27/2018) that says it was delivered and it wasn't. This is seriously frustrating. I shouldn't have to consider PAYING for a PO BOX just to ensure that I get my packages.

ZERO STARS!!!! THIS PLACE IS DIRTY ,UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY CANNOT GET THE JOB DONE. HAD A PACKAGE REDELIVERD TO MY PLACE TWICE AND THE LAZY DRIVER SAID HE COULD NOT GET IN AND COULDN'T THINK OF RINGING OUR BELL. THEN AT THE POST OFFICE THEY TELL ME MY PACKAGE IS ON THE TRUCK! THEY COULD NOT RETRIEVE IT AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOR NEXT ATTEMPT! WHAT!!!??? FROM NOW ON FED EX UPS OR AMAZON. NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! BLEW A FUSE.

I went in and out in no time. The staff's are so friendly and sweet. I would love to come back here anytime.

They lie about delivering packages or leaving them in wrong addresses that don't even spell or look the same. Don't pick up the phone telling you there's an hour and forty mins to two hour wait. Probably the worse post office in the city.
