Inside, wonderful! Delivery service... not so much. Unsure why they have a “schedule pickup” option for packages to be picked up at your front door for you. No one ever picks them up. Out of several times trying (to give them the benefit of the doubt), they picked up once. ONCE. It’s just ridiculous. Don’t offer it if you can’t get the job done...

I’ve called to inform them and also called corporate, yet nothing ever seems to be done except excuses.

Customer service on the phone and inside are great. The carriers never come to the door to deliver packages that require signatures and always leave a "Sorry we missed you" note in the mailbox, requiring us to go to the post office to pick up a package every single time, which defeats the purpose of "delivery." This has happened at least 3 times in the past year.

Horrible customer service. The employees here are very rude and disrespectful, and it's obvious that they don't want to do their job.

I've had nothing but issues with this particular post office. I live in the apartments on the same street not even 2 minutes away and whoever is responsible for delivering my packages always marks them as "delivered" but does not leave them in my box, the office, or at my door until the next day. He has done this several times and it has caused issues with my mail. I've called and even gone there to complain but nothing gets done. I get packages all the time for various reasons and I'm sick of this irresponsible, lazy "delivery" man. I'd rate this place zero if I could. Every time I have gone in search of my mail, they have been very passive and rude to me. Nothing gets taken care of and I'm reporting this location for their terrible customer service and so-called "delivery method" It takes the joy out of my day when I see that my long-awaited package has been "delivered" and when I finally get home, nothing is there.
