Blue, I believe that is his name, is a nice and friendly USPS employee. I would try to let people skip you in line just to get to him. Kim, however is rude and unfriendly. For years, she has worked there and is always rude. We continuously have the same argument, where she charges me for a package shipment rate, when I ship an envelope. (The rule states if it is under 3/4" thick then it is an envelope, not package). Today, I went to the post office and was in a hurry, so I didn't let people skip me and ended up with Kim. She charged me for the package rate. I then asked her for the envelope rate. She said it was too thick. I then asked for her to check (they have this plastic card thing, where if an envelope slides through it is an envelope not package). She always insists that she can tell just by looking at it and doesn't need to check. I'm sorry, but what special eyes does she have that she can tell thickness of items down to the nearest 1/8 of an inch??? It would literally take 10 seconds for her to check, but she will NEVER check. I am forced to go to this post office because it is close to work, but I try to avoid it if I can. Only try to checkout with Blue.
