If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I call I'm put on hold and then no one ever picks up again. They lost my package and when I asked them to check with the carrier I was put on hold and never transferred anywhere. Hung up and called again. And again I was immediately put on hold and left there for over 15 minutes and never transferred. Very unprofessional and ridiculous. Also if the only time I can call to speak to a supervisor is between 9:30-10:00 and I call at 9:30 and am put on hold until 10:00 how does this make sense! This place needs to be closed and the people reprimanded for in my opinion lying. I have never had a problem with UPS or FedEx finding my labeled mailbox at my complex or just leaving it at management office! Whoever got my very expensive shipped package I hope you enjoy!

I had to give them a star just to write a review but they’re not even worth that! I called to check on a package that should’ve been to my house 11-10-17 and the person who picked up the phone ( Davis ) or what ever had the worst attitude. I spoke  politely and there was nothing but attitude. He said “ I ain’t doing nothing but closing you should’ve called before 5” . I said okay I’m sorry and he/she hung the phone up with out a proper goodbye. I just want my 2 pound package that cost a lot of money. Highly upset!!!! Plus my mailman hasn’t ran in my neighborhood since last Wednesday it’s now Monday 11-13-17..... It’s sad we have to complain for people to do their jobs correctly!

This double top row teeth heifer sent my package back to the sender because the mail man was to lazy to deliver the package. The thing is that I asked them to hold on to the package and that heifer evil but sent it back anyway. Someone needs to replace the entire staff at this location

The worst location and all of the staff needs to be fired. Especially Bridget McKenzie. They have no one who can deliver a 45lb bag of dog food so they've just been holding it for 5 days and no one knows when someone who works there will be able to lift 45lbs. We were hung up on and treated with disrespect. Multiple days in a row. I have filed two complaints against this location and Amazon has done the same. Pathetic.
