Honestly dont even think i should be rating them 1 star. My second time sending a package that the reciever hasnt recieved due to there work ethic. First package sent priority the box was damaged and i couldnt get a refund. Second box sent priority mail was posed to be recieved to the reciever march 9th, it is now the 17th and yesterday i was told they had to make a case about it, find the package and if its damaged i will not be able to get my money back or have it resent for free BUT ALSO, the package NEVER has been scanned that it has left the city im sending from. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT AT THIS LOCATION .PERIOD.

It's a post office. I went in, asked a question, they helped answer my question, I mailed a package, the package was delivered. Thanks to the staff for doing a largely thankless job!

Useless, bad customer service. Lady can’t even count. I was in line for 15 minutes, only to be told that they can’t take my package, because they don’t have any packing slips.
