I love this post office, any time I go in there the energy is always positive and generous. The camaraderie between the employees is also a pleasant change from other offices I have been to.     My office is closer to the Little Five Points Office and I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole

Fat bald italian guy from up north needs to work on his customer service skills and his weight!  This location really needs to do better as a whole because they've lost my package and it took 5 days for them to find it because it was on there filthy floor being stepped on and kicked around! I will not have any of my packages or mail sent to this location ever again...honestly I'm not going to use usps if i dont have to..fed ex and ups have always been kind to me and my packages

I use UPS and FedEx religiously, I remember why now. I have never seen poorer customer service. They treat you like you’re suppose to know the system. Sadly, stereo typical entitled government employees.

I'm posting this here now while everything is closed. I'm going to the police about this and pressing charges. One of the delivery people opened my mail, about a credit card no less. When I and my roomie checked the mail, a letter from Capital One was opened on one of the perforated edges. I don't even open these letters since they're just about a credit card that I don't want to get. I just shred them immediately. Obviously, whoever delivered it got excited thinking it was a new credit card and opened it in an attempt to steal it. Take precaution with this post office because apparently losing your mail isn't the only terrible thing they do.

I agree some of the worst  customer service I've experienced. plus they incorrectly deliver mail all the time.
