This is only a drop location. They offer no services whatsoever. Not sure what purpose having it open to the public serves as you can just leave your mail/package for your mail person.

I had to intercept a package to have it picked up before it got delivered at home. The two ladies who helped me at the front desk were very kind and helpful and also explained the process of intercepting a package and what to look out for when tracking the shipment. Service may be slower than other places but only because there seems to be a lot of things going on at the back with the sorting, but their help was truly appreciated.

This place is an embarassment. There's no line at all, but employees deliberately ignore you. Even if the next closest location is a half hour away or more, save yourself the trouble of waiting longer than that ringing a service bell as workers walk by avoiding you.

This is not a regular post office, only a carrier center. They don’t sell any postal products. A nearby regular post office is 455 Moreland Ave.

I cannot brag on Keisha Tyson enough.  I work for First Communities (Ivy Hall ) and she has the best customer service I have ever experienced with the postal service and all of my residents that live here will agree.  We all hate it when she is off or for some reason is on another route because that means most of the mail will get put in the wrong box, not come at all or come late night like today.  Most of my residents have been in the office today asking me "where is USPS and its after 6pm".  I will bet anything Keisha is off today or someone else has her route for some reason.  These other people are not as thorough or customer service oriented as keisha.  I know she cannot work everyday but when she is off she is definitely missed and appreciated.  WE LOVE KEISHA!!!!
