A great experience at this location on Wilcox thanks to Joyce. Without asking, she went above and beyond to make sure I had ever necessary item in my envelope for a passport renewal. And what's more, she did it all with a genuine smile and knack for customer service. And it was at the end of a work day. Amazing! Thank you

They are the worst post office I have ever dealt with. First off, they would take days upon days to even scan in my packages after they would pick them up from my apartment complex. One time the mail carrier came and didn't even grab my packages from the outgoing mail. My husband started bringing them to the drop off bin at the post office since we figured they would scan them in faster but HELL if we were wrong. They lost 3 out of 4 packages that were dropped off together. I filed a missing package search request and they haven't even responded. My husband spoke to the supervisor there and they just threw their hands up like "oh well, too bad for you" as if he isn't interested in helping. He then says that sometimes packages aren't scanned until they reach their destination? What? Why aren't they scanning them as receiving them there??! Anyways my customers never received their items and I had to refund them. This post office is a joke and so are their employees.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH USPS! First the rude customer service lady leaves me on hold; doesn't pickup the phone for any of my following calls! All I wanted to do was pick up my overnight package that was sitting at the office for 4 days and to make matters worse I asked to speak to a supervisor and she leaves me on hold and forces me to show up where they end up telling me the package is out on delivery and ended up not getting it until 3 days later NIGHTMARE!!

22 lbs silver suitcase Marked ANTON PICTURES CAMERA 2 w/ black marker tracking 9505513008897164067570 got lost/stolen at this location 90028 Wilcox. Inside: laptop, Amazon Alexa , 13 years of photo and video memories on external hard drive, Panasonic camcorder. It was for my 10 year old daughters birthday.

There is no question that this is the worst Post Office in the nation. Disgruntled employees (with the exception of one person who is always very sweet and very chatty) and horrific mail service. Someone should go in with a hidden camera just to witness what we're all talking about. It doesn't matter if you greet them with a smile or not, they all seem as though they are so unhappy. I'm starting to wonder if there is a torture chamber in the back! For real though, this place should be profiled on the news...it's THAT BAD!
