Been reading all the comments. It's an even less fun place to work. The main manager, Priscilla is exceptionally rude. She has a snappy voice and condescending demeanor. Their expectations of carriers is unequivocally absurd and even though they tell you to communicate, they fail to do so themselves. This is obvious by some of the various comments. I, admittedly, was not perfect in any way and yes I've made a lot of mistakes. Instead of highlighting what you did right, they focus on everything you did wrong (I suppose to try and weed you out). I had worked endlessly through my breaks and lunches and at some points even ran out of water. They make no attempt to provide any help in any way. Also sorry to say most of the people in the area are quite rude as well. Can't tell you how many times I was harassed for not being in uniform. In conclusion, this job was utterly preposterous and I will never look behind. On a good note, if there were more supervisors like Kareisha and Ronnie I think it would run a lot smoother. The unscrupulous, repulsive, undeniably smug attitude of managers such as Priscilla I believe will degrade this office even further.

This post office, and it's delivery service to the zip code is miserably incompetent. We had to have our mail boxes in our unit changed due to mail left. Well, apparently only USPS employees can put the delivery locks on. It's been almost a MONTH AND A HALF and they still won't put the locks on and deliver our mail. Every time anyone in our unit calls or goes to the office, they give us the run around. Unfortunately, it seems there's no way to complain to higher ups and they won't help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I dont believe my mails are losing this location steals your mails 2016 i have more then 30 packages lost all electronic 2017 i keep losing and they wanted me to call costumer sevice whatever i called them even cooperation costumer service had hard time to give excuse because impretty sure its something knowledge and weird always valuable packages losing . They all have terrible attitude by the way seems like they are king or queen pf the world we are at usps to beg some pennies ...

Been coming here for many years....usually in n out in a hand full of minutes.... if there is a line. I make an effort and plan to go off peak time...comparative to other locations....no complaints good service.

Carrier hit and miss as to any kind of routine, they change carriers almost every week, no mail or pick-up for days at a time, try and call the manager on Chandler in N. Hollywood and it is a 20 to 30 minute wait on the phone. Once I waited, someone actually picked up and I was told he would look into it, just hold. After seven minutes I hung up. No wonder our postal service is embarrassing. President Trump, can't you fix this?
