I dropped my 22 lbs package here present for my daughter a silver suitcase marked ANTON PICTURES CAMERA 2 with capital letters black marker. Got stolen. 22 lbs silver suitcase Marked ANTON PICTURES CAMERA 2 w/ black marker tracking 9505513008897164067570 got lost/stolen at this location. I dropp d it here. Inside: HP laptop, Amazon Alexa , 13 years of photo and video memories on black external hard drive, Panasonic SD90 camcorder. It was for my 10 year old daughters birthday.

The issues ive had with this post office are more that in pay for tracking and delivery confirmations and do not get them. The staff vary but my biggest issue is they are impossible to get to on the phone. Recently I shipped a package ground to the east cost. They tell you it takes 5-7 days but that is no longer accurate for ground packages. It has been over a week and still not there and past the delivery date. Knowing the information helps when you plan to ship a package so based by what they tell you you cannot. It takes longer than 5-7 days even though its 3 days drive. The package has no update if its on the same truck, but found a service map shows it can take 15 days. If I was given the correct information I might have been willing to pay a little more. Its now been three weeks still not there yet. Its now been four weeks since the package was sent and no update. Ive had to have a search track put on it. I'm still waiting to hear back but am fearful the package was actually lost, luckily I have insurance. But surprising they'd do that with an insured package. They put a search some xrc on the package and said they would find what truck it was on. I was then told they don't do that. They claim maybe the tracking label feel off but the package was never even returned to me. Its now may 14. Still no update no return on the package. Even if the label was taken off or tracking removed it should still be returned as my address was hand written on the package. But I did just mail an over night package at A reasonable price and did get there over night to the east coast from L.A. Sometimes its disappointing to see because of cut backs many businesses and services arent as good as they used to be yet charge more. After this experience id make sure there would be tracking or not ship ground packages to the east coast if I ship again. There was no mention by the employees there would be no tracking updates.

I think there is something wrong with parking space. I live nearby and anytime I am going there no matter when even if inside it's empty the parking is full. I think someone making money out of their parking space or allowing people they know to park there. It's so evident. But people who work there are nice, service is ok and typical for usps. I think usps has to figure out why and how this happens because I am regular shipping person every day and I just go to FedEx now. You guys are losing money because the bad management and corruption!

The CLERK is 5 stars; the driver was ZERO!!!! He PRETENDED I MOVED! Where was the signature card saying I moved!???? Attempted delivery Monday, RETURNED TO SENDER TUESDAY!

These people are completely incompetent! I had a package ship to San Francisco as an amazon purchase. Two weeks later it shows up to my doorstep with the receivers addressed that I taped on removed. I took it back to them with the tracking number and they claimed that the package was already delivered to me and I said it's suppose to be in San Francisco what is it doing at my door step in Los Angeles?! No on can give me an answer and I had to pay a second time to have the package resend!!!!! Theses people made a mistake and I had to pay for it, this experience was completely unacceptable and I filed a complaint which I currently under investigation but so far no one can give me a straight answer and it seems that they just pass on the blame.
