I am stunned USPS actually has any 5 star ratings. My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the long lines. My ratings is in regards to the scam that involves USPS. If you have a home based business avoid USPS at all cost. They now offer many shipping options through other companies/third parties. USPS should be investigate for theft. Particularly this location! My packages show delivered yet never make it to my home, I've had 3 instances when this occurred 1 case was close because they cannot do anything about. The other 2 are still missing. The supervisor Arby could've easily went on his system and check were it was delivered. Instead told me to open a case and let the claims department deal with it. Guess what I am negative on $$$. I am not the first one to complain about this location. Avoid this location! I started using UPS now.

Worst usps they deliver things in wrong mailboxes so often and when we ask for it or open a case for a lost item it took forever,they don't know nothing they don't care about costumers they said supervisor was gonna call me monday im still waiting and if i call them they never answer the phone

Here. they go again. Tracking show delivered but package never arrived at location and there have been multiple packages received there. Called and spoke to a different supervisor because the one for this office claimed to be off. The person, who I could barely understand said I had to go back to my center and file a claim and would do nothing to track. If by all reviews on this location are true then they should be investigated for fraud, theft and any other criminal activity.

The employes will not answer phone. Called for 8 hours straight. WOW!!!!!

Lost package for over 2 weeks. Supposed to get a call back from post office in 3 days, here we are a week and a half later. I wish i could get my mail from another post office
