This is one of the newer satellite locations with many of the friendly employees who worked for years at the now closed San Vicente Blvd. 90069 location. They are very nice and their service is as quick as possible. When there are lines it's only because they are under-staffed. This is the location I go to when I want to avoid any hassle.

One star is also too much for that service, they let me pay for express mail and they mentioned that the package will arrive in 5 days max , till now it's been 8 days and did not deliver , that's stupid, UPS is much much better , USPS is just steal more money and lie to people .

People who work here are really pleasant and nice, even though there is a line it seems to go pretty fast, and they have a great variety of holiday, birthday and greeting cards, as well as all of the envelopes and boxes you need to send packages with.

Purchased a po box here. AlTook my paperwork in to get my keys. 2 forms of ID that were clearly listed on my paperwork were denied. I was told the paperwork was "wrong". Thank goodness i had a passport..... New keys given to me and i was told they needed to change the lock to match my keys. It is a month later now And they NEVER CHANGED THE LOCK I CANNOT GET MY MAIL. And no on answers the phone here. On top of that, when i called the usps to alert them to this issue, i decided i better check on the Change of Address i also put in that day. They cannot find it in their system. It was CRUCIAL my address change go thru immediately(i havent been able to check because they told me i would receive the confirmation in the po box i cannot get into) i am waiting on very time sensitive and important licensing mail and not only is it probably lost at this point- i couldnt get it even if it was in the box. (I havent been able to get in during biz hours- and again- no one will answer the phone) apparently the lady set my business aside when i left(after expressing a need to know that everything was taken care of-i saw her set the COA paperwork aside and not input anything into a computer or anything, like she would get to it later) and just forgot about all of it. Very angry right now.
